I really don't know what to say about the ability of the popper since there were ZERO instructions provided by the manufacturer on how to use it. Maybe the company figured that through trial and error that one would figure it out so no written nomenclature was necessary. Visually it looks the part but my results were middling at best. Without knowing the proper oil ratio to popcorn it became hit or miss..mostly with low volume and uncooked kernels. Although the performance was not horrid I have gone back to the air popper that this was meant to be an alternative for.
